Cancellation & Refund Policy

Welcome to Zaffeh (“Zaffeh”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

This policy explains the terms governing cancellations and refunds for reservations made through the Zaffeh platform, operated by زفة لاعمال الوساطة التجارية ذ م م (Zaffeh LLC), registered in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

By using the platform and completing a reservation, you agree to this policy.

1. Deposits

All deposits paid at the time of reservation are non-refundable under any circumstances.

A deposit is required to secure your reservation and confirm the allocation of our operational team and service resources.

Deposits are collected to cover the administrative, coordination, and reservation-holding costs incurred by Zaffeh upon accepting your booking.

2. Cancellation Window

You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of receiving your official reservation confirmation from Zaffeh.

The cancellation window is calculated from the date and time the official confirmation is issued by Zaffeh — not from the date of the original reservation request.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing through the Zaffeh app or via email to support@zaffeh.app.

3. Refund Eligibility
A. Within 24 Hours of Confirmation

If you cancel within 24 hours of receiving your official confirmation, you are eligible for a refund of all amounts paid excluding the non-refundable deposit.

B. After 24 Hours of Confirmation

No refund will be issued for cancellations submitted more than 24 hours after the official confirmation date and time.

This applies to all payments made beyond the deposit amount.

4. No-Refund Circumstances

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Deposit payments under all circumstances
  • Cancellations submitted after the 24-hour post-confirmation window
  • No-shows or failure to attend the event
  • Cancellations resulting from customer-provided inaccurate event details
  • Cases involving policy abuse or fraudulent activity
5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment method and provider.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

Zaffeh is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

6. Service Modifications

Requests to change event dates, services, or booking details after confirmation are subject to operational availability and may incur additional charges.

Modifications do not constitute a cancellation and do not entitle the customer to a refund.

7. How to Cancel

  • All cancellation requests must clearly state your full name, reservation reference number, and reason for cancellation.
8. Governing Law

This policy is governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, including the Consumer Protection Law No. 7 of 2008 and the Jordanian Civil Code.

Any disputes arising from this policy shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jordan.
